The brief was to get authorisations and build the highest swimming pool in Monaco.
Technical Details
3 years before the realisation of this project Monaco Projects had the foresight to have all the 5m steel beams hoisted in place by utilising the tallest external lift in france which was onsite.

A major structural survey and study was commissioned by Monaco Projects to ensure the feasibility of such a complicated project.
Technical Challenges
The swimming pool is actually floating. This was achieved by welding 5m beams together to create a 10m frame that sits on the vertical structural columns of the building.

Without Monaco Projects foresight this Pool would have been impossible.
