Thirty-Nine Monte Carlo – Monaco
Description
Thirty-Nine Monte Carlo is a luxury private members' club equipped with the finest gym equipment in the whole of Southern France.
We completed a total refurbishment from start to finish, which included 2 hypoxic chambers for ultra athletes, pure ionic alkaline water system, massage rooms, beauty salon, changing facilities, hammam, private bar, restaurant, private meeting room, offices and outdoor entertainment spaces.
Works
1,800m² total project size. We created 700m² of additional space by excavating down to within 10cm of sea level. We successfully combined two different retail units to make this showcase establishment.

Lighting
Commission of the Princesse Grace Chandelier. An iconic piece crafted by Lasvit - world renowned producers of Crystal Sculptures and installations.
Technology
Hypoxic chambers allowing athletes to train at extreme simulated altitudes of up to 3000m.
Environments
We created a variety of environments within one establishment from business working rooms, to a sound proof spinning room, relaxing massage rooms and outdoor dining & social areas.
